pabx version less than 16

Dear I have problem in the app 3cx android.
Some of my clients using the 3cx version perpetuates 15.5.15502 it says that the version below 16 is not supported.

yes you need to DL legacy App for V15.5 or update PBX to stay up to date with actual releases

meu amigo quando falamos em versão perpétua é que ela sempre será a mesma que foi comprada no caso 15 será sempre 15 (fixo)

If you have bought a V15.5 perpetual, this is for PBX , but if you have an active maintenance license, then you can update for free as upgrade is included.

In case you have no active maintenance, then App, and others services around pbx will stop working in few times.

Do you have a windows PBX or linux ?
Do you want to upgrade to V16?

So if PBX is linux, why not upgrade to V16? linux upgrade is automatic so very easy, not the same with windows on which you need to backup and reinstall restoring during v16 install
Do you have a maintenance license active?

If you have a 3CX windows PBX, and active maintenance , then you can upgrade free to V16.
Process is different than Linux, Windows steps are the following.

Of course you need to have a computer running supported OS like windows 10

1. Do a complete backup from V15.5 and keep backup file out of 3cx folders.
2. Do a pbx uninstall from control panel
3. Once done, reboot PC
4. Install V16 (DL file from 3CX), During V16 install use backuped file to restore PBX
5. Done

Complete process take only 15 minutes to be done
