After an update to Elastix, the Tab "IM" it's broken with the message

Not Found

The requested URL /openfireWrapper.php was not found on this server.

Also under Extras ---> Download the Links are broken with:

Not Found

The requested URL /static/softphones.htm was not found on this server.

Not Found

The requested URL /static/faxutils.htm was not found on this server.

Not Found

The requested URL /static/instantmessaging.htm was not found on this server.

How can I fix this issue?

I was having the exact same issue. This is how to solve the first part to get back the proper link to OpenFire.

For some reason, the openfireWrapper.php file has been deleted. In my case it was during an update from 2.0.3 -> 2.2.0.

You need to download the above file from here:
http://www.google.com/codesearch#Jk_xJx ... C.com&l=27

and save the file in the /var/www/html directory on your Elastix server.

Make sure you chown/chgrp the file to asterisk, and chmod the file to 755.

Now to fix the issue the broken links under Extras -> Downloads.

Go here:
http://www.google.com/codesearch#Jk_xJxexP9g/static/
and download the 3 html files.

Create a directory called static under /var/www/html/ on your Elastix server, and place them there.

You should change the user and group ownership again to asterisk on both the directory and files if necessary, but chmod is not necessary as they are html files and not php.

The php file available above is the same one as present in a new 2.2.0 install, but the html files are slightly different. The differences in the html files are minor however, and do not affect function. The only difference is the description formatting/writeup, and the image for one linked application. If it bothers anyone reading this enough, you can always just copy them over from a fresh install of 2.2.0 instead as I did.
