Pages going to mobile app

v20 3CX on prem PBX.

Customer is asking if we can prevent paging from initiating the page on user's 3CX mobile app and only page the physical Yealink handsets.

We have created a ring group and selected paging.

If a user has a physical phone and the app running on their phone, it will ring the phone when a page is broadcast.
We only want the page to go to the physical phones.

We do not want to use multicast.

How do we limit it to ip phones.

If it is an on premises system you can enable multicast paging.
