Paging group name wrongly displayed on Fanvil IP phones

My client got 2 Fanvil phones provisioned (V65 as router phone and X3U as normal phone). While calling a paging group linked to extensions they display pg992 (where 992 is paging group extensions number) even though its name is set to ALERT in settings and it is displayed correctly in desktop app. Did anyone encountered similar issue before and how did you manage to solve it?

May i ask in th contacts options do you enable to show the RG name?
