paging over "Do Not Disturb"

I have a client that for emergency reasons wants to force paging over phones that have "Do not Disturb" enabled? They use mostly Polycom 501's and 601's. I am testing it now. I got the paging working over a 501 but not with "Do not disturb enabled. :dry:

PS I also successfully disabled the DND button on the Polycom but I am not sure the client will go for that. :unsure:

Did you tried to enable the force busy option? I have not tested but it may help you!

I tried that. I still got the fast busy from the phone.

If you enter a second account that can not be dnd and you page the second account not the main this it may help!

what like a second account on like 4 or something. That's a good idea. I actually ended up disabling the DND button on all the phones. I will test your idea. Since hitting the DND button on Polycom phones seems to lock up all lines it might not work.
