Hi All,

Is it possible to make integration between 3CX and Panasonic TDA 620?
to work with Analog Phones and 3CX phones normally.

Thanks in advance

If it talks SIP then yes, but since it is un-supported you would need to configure it in the old school fashion.

Create your FXS extensions separatey on 3CX and don't use the "FXS/DECT" section.

I am not familiar with that device but you should have a section to input your SIP server settings, and individual settings for each extension (username and password).

For future deployment I would recommend a supported gateway model however such as a Patton:

It appears to be a stand alone IP PBX.Looking quickly over the manual, it would seem to be able to use SIP trunks as an option (card required). If this is the case, then you could have it register to 3CX via a Master Bridge trunk.

Have a read through this...

https://www.3cx.com/docs/

If you only have analogue CO line cards, as the trunking interface, then the only way to connect to 3CX would be through ATA's registered as extensions on 3CX. This would provide only very limited connectivity.

Interesting - every time I tried to look for the user manual of that model it reverted to another model of Panasonic.

The alternate (if VoIP Card is not available or too costly) is perhaps look at a Patton Gateway model and register a SIP trunk to that.
