Hello,
I have a user that created a webmeeting but instead of inviting the user using the appropriate button, they shared their own link. This resulted in the other user trying to join the meeting as the creator which gave him a 'Participant already connected' error.
Both users then closed the meeting and the original creator tried to remake it. When he tried to make a new meeting, he was hit with 'Participant already connected'. I've tried a bunch of thing but I can't seem to be able to force close the old meeting which is preventing the original creator for making any webmeeting at all.
What I've tried:
Thanks

What I've tried:
- Have both users fully quit their browsers
- Restart the System Service
- Start the meeting by the going on the webclient
- Force offline then online the extension of the user.
Thanks
