Perhaps this is a WebClient question, but after creating a video conference and downloading the .ics, we find that people accidently share the host link they find in the Web Client for that meeting. Because... people are people and they don't understand the nuances of technology.

Is there an easy way from the web client to re-download the .ics that I'm missing? Maybe a setting I need to turn on?

If not, can it be a feature request to either just re-download or to display the participant link on that meeting page? It would solve a significant portion of users' frustration with 3CX, and my frustration with users (around 3CX video conferencing at least). :)

Thanks!

Along those lines, since the default is to have "Meeting starts once organizer joins" checked, it would be helpful to note that the "Click on this URL to join the meeting" is one for the organizer to use, vs the one in the calendar entry for "You have been invited to join..." is the one for participants. "Adding of participants should be done from within the Calendar app" is saying that is where to add new participants, vs "also go there to find the participant URL."

To "me to" giwm's suggestion, why not show both in the client, one for the organizer and one for participants.

As far as re-sending the link to participants, the link should be in the organizer's Sent Items and calendar.

I can't say I have seen this being something currently on the roadmap, and frankly this would be classed as a "feature request", this should go in the "Ideas" section.

However, for WebMeeting we do have a REST API that you can use, or create something for your users to use:

With this, you can present whatever information you want to the users.
