Partner Portal Renewal

Hi,

Apologies if this is not the correct forum.

A customer has their renewal coming up in a few days, we were hoping to renew this via our Partner Portal, however when we click on 'Renew' it tells us that it is managed by a 3CX Partner, and provides our contact details. The other subs allow us to renew prompting for edition and adding to the cart etc.

Can anyone point us in the right direction please?

Do they need to unassign their current partner and assign you to them?

We are the existing partner, and it's providing our email and phone number - strangely on one of our other partner portal accounts linked to the same reseller ID can renew it without issues. Sorted for now at least

Strange indeed. Just reach out to your sales rep or use the contact form and see whats going on.
