Patton 4960

We currently have a single PRI line and part of the setup was to determine how many digits to hand off to the provider. Is there a field in 3CX or in the Patton 4960 web server to specify how many digits to hand-off?

I am new to the use of 3cx or the Patton device.

For outgoing calls you would specify that when you construct an outgoing routing plan (Outbound Rules). The number of digits will, of course, vary depending on whether it is a local or LD call. It just depends on what your provider wants.
