patton gateway 4114 not sending call to 3cx

when we receive an in coming call the patton show the line as busy, it appears in the 3cx server status but it never rings at the extension
any solutions.

What 3cx version are you using what firmware version patton has and how you configure patton throw 3cx template or by yourself?
I have installed a lot of times patton gateways and never had problems
One thing i can suggest to configure again pstn lines in 3cx and get the template from 3cx and applied to patton.
Be sure to use the latest version of 3cx and what firmware version patton is using 4.2 or 5.1
