Paying Customer appearing as a Free User on 3CX Forum

We have a paid for Professional Annual licence via a 3rd party and I'd like to add it to my 3cx profile so that I can post in the forums - is this possible? I have access to the admin panel and licence ley

Hi Andy,

To ensure your profile is recognised as a 3CX Customer rather than a Free User, your license must be registered under your email address. Based on what you're saying, it appears that your paid key is currently registered to a third party's email. We can assist in resolving this issue if you provide proof of license ownership ie License Key, FQDN, email domains etc. As this involves sharing sensitive information, we will reach out to you privately.

Now that the paid license has been successfully registered, please log out of the forums and log back in to ensure the changes are reflected.
