PBX END Call loop

I am wondering what is happening. I am trying to add another SIP provider to the PBX as the numbers are moving to them later. Once i enter in the new provider and test outbound, all my inbound calls get this PBX and End Call constant.

Once i remove the same inbound number the calls are processed properly.

Can we not have another SIP provider trunk with the same number?

That will depend on the situation and the SIP Provider used. That said, we might need more info to figure out what configuration would sort this out, though, since this is just a temporary setup until the numbers get ported over, what you could try is simply have the same routing configuration set on your new SIP Trunk/ Inbound Rules as well. That way, if that SIP Trunk gets matched, the same routing will be applied. Do bear in mind that this will of course affect call reports and statistics though.
 
The SIP log couldn’t find the call route ans ended it because it had multiple routes created. Even though it was separate trunks ans in the second priority. It was fine since I knew around what time the port took place.
I try to do this in the evening times
 
The system has a way of checking inbound calls and matching them to the correct trunk so the correct inbound rule is followed. More details here: https://www.3cx.com/docs/sip-trunk-inbound-calls/
If the call is matched by the called DID and that DID is configured in 2 trunks then the call will fail. In the case you will need to correctly configure the source identification rules and enable strict matching or remove the DIDs from the second trunk until the port is completed.
