Hi Guys,

One of my customer wants to connect their PBX 3800 (legacy) to 3CX to inbound and outbound calls. 3CX is hosted at cloud AWS.

Is possible to connect them over either Bridge or SIP trunck? I already saw that some features will be loses.

Bellow is the scenario.

3CX --> Hipath 3800 ---> IP Phones CISCO SP504G

Regards

You could try using a bridge trunk (set as Master) if the other PBX can register to 3CX. While this was, in the past, supported, connecting to another make of PBX is no longer. I think there were just too many issues that cropped up, and it was just easier to simply say...not supported..

This link to an archived page might be of some help.

Just keep in mind that there are no guarantees that all functions (or any) will work for you, and prepare to spend some time on this.

Hi leejor,
many thanks for you reply.

I also consider to say not supported to customer than install a 3CX solution more "clean".

Hugs
