@TekServPros1 where exactly do you see this error ?
Because these errors come from a machine where you have access to and on the Hosted Infrastructure of 3cx it is not possible you to have access.
As I can see you have a hosted PBX with 3cx from the 17th on December and your PBX is up and running.

These errors are found in the Activity Log

the "Call Centric" one is "normal" as they try to subscript as sip trunk to your MWI which we do not allow.

The other External Application is from the setup deployment where you can track the installation progress.

Both can be just ignored.
