from the web app I see a new performance stats of, assumingly, my PC.
However all are shown with no values, is that expected?

That's not a 3CX feature and thus we cannot help you with that. It's probably an update to your computer's manufacturer softwares.

dont think so... it is part of the html code div class animate-panel no-flick toastr-notification svelte-l7kuvc and given that the web app is written in svelte...

You're connected to different WMR server. Namedly, the beta one.
Set your PBX WMR params to wmr.3cx.net and this will go away.
