We believe this might be an issue in the current build.

We have made some changes in the next build that will alleviate this. Note that you did not mention which VOIP provider it is, so it could very well be that its an unsupported VOIP provider. That said we have made improvements in this area which might fix the issue.

Nick this maybe an issue with the lastest load as well. my provider is Broadvoice and i have these annoying beeping. i even had Grandstream release there build early for my Budget tone. it didn't help. so obviously its the PBX. i sure can use assistance with this...

New build might solve this, they are working on solving DTMF tone issue. So lets see what that one does.

I'm using the latest build v3.0.1928.0 and its still beeping. is there a newer load other then this?

A little birdie said a new build will be out in a couple of weeks. Not sure if that includes the free one though.

Ok. in the meantime how about a band-aid for the current load. it's kind of hard to sell a product that has it's own censorship mechanism (random beeping :lol: ) built in...

Well turn of the DTMF functions on your ATA and/or phone .

Keep in mind this is not only related to 3CX, however 3CX are making their software to differentiate between true DTMF tones.

This type of problem is being arround ever since the phones when from pulse to tone. LOL.

Anway we should get a new release soon I hope.
