Personal phonebook and function keys on desktop phone

Hello,

I cannot find a way to avoid phone provisioning to overwrite the phonebook and the function keys in a (desktop) phone.

In my example Snom phone D375 and D345.

Every user tipically has his own phonebook and his personal way of assigning numbers to function keys. But phone provisioning overwrites it.

Is there an official way to avoid provisioning from overwriting this?

Hello @pks-team

There is no official way to stop the phones from re-provisioning and applying the settings found in the template. To do so you will need to create a custom template with your required settings or manually register the phones to the PBX and apply the settings manually through the phones web interface.
Neither of these methods are supported though and we will not be able to assist if you face any issues in the future.
