Phantom-Hidden Phone Number for Hot Desk Phones to Comply with Ray Baum's Call-Back Requirement

Could 3CX add the ability for hidden phone number for Hot Desk phones? The phone number would be used to identify the location of the physical phone and allow call-back to comply with Ray Baum's requirement. The caller-id for hidden number would only be used for calls to emergency (i.e. 911). The emergency caller-id would display when calling 911 if the phone was logged-out or logged-in.

Currently the caller-id of the person logging in to the Hot Desk is displayed. This causes confusion, since that user is a nomadic user and can log-in anywhere there is a Hot Desk.
