I would like to know if this is possible to do with 3CX and SIP..
I've seen something nice on Alcatel phone systems on an enterprise, on the phone you have a keyboard, and you can search a contact by tapping a part of the name (ex: type "par" and it show "Paris Shop"), is this possible to do with 3CX and SIP ? Or is this independent of the Protocol/Server and specific to the Phone ?
