Phone always busy

Hi,

One of our clients has reported a phone that doesn't ring - this started as of yesterday afternoon.
dialling the extension the call bounces off to it's "if I'm busy" call-forward.

The phone isn't in use, the handset is down, there's no call forwarding or DND enabled, it just won't ring.
I've factory reset the phone and reprovisioned it. exactly the same.

I'm thinking its a dodgy handset - but wanted to ask if anyone else had any insights.

How's the phone registered?

It's a Yealink T41s and it's registered direct with the 3CX server via it's mac address.

That's not what I meant.

Is it local to the PBX, via SBC or using STUN?
