Phone keep ringing after answering the call on Android

Hello,

I have a user (out of 100+) who have his phone who keep ringing during and after the call.
It stops ringing after swiping down the notification bar.

We tried uninstalling 3CX, gave all notifications permissions and even change the phone for another one (still the same model as the others 100, a Samsung XCover 7 with MDM and the latest version of Android and 3CX).

I believe he is the only one who has this problem.
I have seen it twice, but I am unable to reproduce that, and the user tells me that it happen at least once per week.

Does someone else have this issue ? Or know what to check ?

APK build number and Android OS version please.
Does the device have Keep Active enabled?

It's Version 5.3 Build 36 (20.4.0.36). Keep Active is disabled.

Could you also provide me in Private Message the app's verbose logs in order to understand what's going on and help you out with your issue?

1. Enable Verbose Logs: “Android App Settings (top left hamburger menu) > Settings > Advanced > Troubleshooting > Enable verbose logging”.
2. Reproduce the issue and “Send log report”: Android App Settings (top left hamburger menu) > Settings > Advanced > Troubleshooting > Send Log Report
