Phone locking up

Hi,

Over the past week T46s have been locking up and going "no service"
V18 u9 (200)
All phones are on the latest FW. some have been factory reset multiple times.
Phone pings but admin page does not load. power cycling the port on the POE and the phone comes back on.

Any ideas??
