Phone Logo V20

I am wondering where to upload phone logo for V20?

Also, would like to know if scheduled reports sent to email is now available in V20.

Hi there.
If you open IP phone section of the user, you will see it there, but only if enterprise license is used.
Report schedule is there and available in V20.

Hi Oleg,

I didn't see the option to upload phone logo though regardless of having an enterprise license.

Also, reports I meant is reports similar to V18 where you set the reports to be delivered/sent automatically to email in either daily, weekly or monthly basis.

@ikoshi, did you ever get an answer on this or figure it out? I, too, have reports emailed automatically, and I do not want to lose that ability once I upgrade to v20.

Hi @JohnWoodCC I have yet to find answesr to this very important feature regression from V18 to V20. Hope they can guide us how to do it or implement the feature in future incremental update. Thanks

@ikoshi, did you ever get an answer on this or figure it out? I, too, have reports emailed automatically, and I do not want to lose that ability once I upgrade to v20.
