phonebook sync issue

Hello everybody. I have 3cx server. i updated to version 18.0 (Build 312).
I use Snom phones(D712, D717, D735, D785). after updating 3cx server snom phone firmwares upgraded to the version (10.1.141.10).
After this update my phones can not get phonebook update from server.
I deleted one extension. Then i waited for 24 hours to update it on the phones automatically.
But still all of the phones can see the deleted extension on the search.
I tried to reprovision, restart the phones, also tried to sync settings on the deskphone but still no success.
But i provisioned new phone out of box and the new phone got the phone book right. i searched the deleted extension in the newly provisioned phone and it was disappeared. But why all other phones can not get the phonebook update.

on the phones i can not get phonebook synced i tried to reset the phone and reassign the extension again. only after that the deleted user disappeared. now i checked the phone that i did reset syncs fine. should i reset all phones on the building and reprovision again? there should be a better way to solve this problem.

hi there, we are having the same issues over here. We just updated last week and the phone directories are not syncing. What were you able to find ?

resetting the phone only solves the issue. But i have over 300 phones. it is time consuming process. But today one phone which was already reset and provisioned again started to show stuck deleted extension on search. issue still is on. I am shocked that nobody from 3CX stuff reacts our post....!!!!!!!!!
