Phones are not provisioning

We're currently running v16.0.493 and our provisioning Link doesn't work, meaning that we can't auto-provision any phones - not picking up the phone template when booting up.

When you click on the link within 3CX we get a no web page was found for the web address: http://172.19.XX:5000/provisioning/xxxxxxxxxx/cfg{mac}

Any advice would be appreciated

I am guessing you are using Snom phones (from the provisioning link) so when you are manually trying the download link you should replace the "{mac}" part with the actual mac address of the phone.
So it should be something like : http://172.19.XX:5000/provisioning/xxxxxxxxxxxx/cfg000000000000

Try that from a local PC to the server and see if that works. Also i would recommend upgrading to the latest supported version.
