Phones auto provisioning

Users have configured their phones' DSS buttons via the phone webpage, configuration keeps getting overwritten and wiped out every few days, I assume by 3CX. How can I stop 3CX from autoprovisioning and wiping out the programmed keys?

Looks like it, don't forget to remove it from the user as well, otherwise it may auto reprovision back.
However the better solution would be to manage the BLF from 3cx then the keys would not be removed.

Please note that by proceeding this way, you will no longer have the ability to do Firmware updates via 3CX.

I face the same problem. The thing is, that on the Fanvils WebUI you can select and chose webhooks as an key option. This allowed me to send URLs to home assistant by pressing one of the blf keys. So the staff on the counter can easily unlock the door or move the window blinds. This cannot be done with the settings 3CX provides.
The approach must then be a bit different to create a custom template, I think?. But this is a bit user undfriendly and many of us would appreciate it if 3CX could add a feature to partially auto provision phones (or maybe include more option).

The templates are from the phone vendor and not 3cx. You have to reach out to them. But the other way would be to stop autoprovisioning from the webgui of the phone.
