Hi all.
I have 3CXv16 connected to an E1 trunk via Patton Gateway. Everything works fine except when an outgoing call is made and there is no answer, the call times out and the phone displays an error "Internal Server Error". Is this the normal function or I am missing a configuration to make the phone disconnect the call without giving this error? Users complain that it is annoying.
Thank you.

Hi @Gurei123

That depends on what error the Patton sends to the PBX once the call times out. If it is sending a 500 error then the PBX is correctly showing the error to the phone. In the PBX there is no way to change this. If the PBX receives an error then it will pass it on to the endpoint.
Check your activity log for the error message the Patton sends and see if there is a setting in the Patton to change it to something else or remove it entirely.

Thanks for the response. Anyone from the forum who faced this chllenge and resolved please advise.
