Phones not updating the firmware

I have been updating my servers to the latest release on the 3cx. I have done all the updates and on some of my servers the phones won't update the firmware.

What phones,

How are the phones provisioned, if not done via 3CX provisioning the phones will not update the firmware.

I was able to provision phones of some of the servers that way. How else should I update the firmware other that browsing into the phones.
