Pickup 2nd call in Desktop App

Dear ls,

How do you pick up a second call while your still handeling a call?
I use SP1 to park calls, but still then i have to wait until the call comes back from the waiting row... i would like to pick it asap
I tried to do it with hotkey's but that doesn't seem to function...

any idea?

Hi @Ed Grassere,

If you want to pickup another call - send your current call to SP2 for example, then dial SP1 and it'll pick up the previous call that is in Shared Parking.

Hi @Ed Grassere,

When you transfer the call, type "SP1" as the location to transfer the call to. When you want to pick it up again, you type "SP1" once again.

oke... I understand, that is the way we park our calls now.
But that is not the situation i'm pointing at.
I want to pick an new incoming call that is not being picked by anybody, and because i'm on a call already, I first have to park my recent call, but then i can;t pick the new call because i was on a call already.
That call i want to pick....

hahah that is what i want to solve.

I think I follow you now. Try to dial *20* or whatever is set up in your Settings >> Dial Codes >> Pickup a call (default: *20*)
