Planet VIP-450

I have planet VIP-450 2 fxs and 2 fxo
When I use spa3102 FXS I can dial pstn from VIP-450 and and also call the fxs on VIP-450 but I can not dial from VIP-450 to anything

Second Problem after variable time It always need to restart to register

I think to dial I need an letter address to the server (not the ip)

EX: proxy01.sipphone.com
