We are using 3cx on raspberry.
This device is really good enough for small and medium-sized companies.
I haven't seen the CPU usage go over 50% and the ram usage over 70%.
It is a very successful example of low power consumption and space-saving.
The best example of saving hosting or more expensive device cost in dedicated installations.
Please support raspberry pi 4 again.

3CX Startup with a Pi SBC is where you wanna go.

I'm not talking about SBC and startup. I am talking about dedicated usage.

Ok well that ship has been and gone. Due to the pi shortage etc etc. If its working, great. When it breaks, move it on to something supported.

They're pushing the startup because 3CX wants to take control and can guide users for make money. Otherwise, the pi more than meets the system requirements.

Im not here to debate with you and 3CX arent a charity. Are you using a free license?

As kieferschild pointed out, 3CX no longer supports Pi as a PBX Server since the release of v18u3. You have a few options, namely:

1. Keep using it as is
2. Convert the Pi to a SBC for use with StartUP, Hosted by 3CX, or self-hosted offsite.
3. Grab an x86 compatible box, such as an old desktop, Intel NUC, etc to be the PBX instead of the Pi for on prem use
4. Use a different phone system that allows installation on a Pi
5. Wait until 3CX supports Pi as PBX Server again (3CX has not announced this, so you may be waiting until the heat death of the universe)

Good luck in your future endeavors
