Polycom 335HD- error, application is not present.

i just downloaded 3CX and installed it.
went to DHCP and added option 66
got two new Polycom phones 335HD and plugged them into the network.
one phone booted up nicely and registered. the other one is getting Error, Application is not present.

Can anyone help me fix this please?

Went to polycom website

extracted them and put them under
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\3CX\Data\Http\Interface\provisioning
