Solved Polycom Hot Desking Support

Hello All,

Found out some bad news regarding hotdesking support on a potential opportunity with existing polycomm vvx411 phones. We had a POC in progress which has been going very well.

I see that this feature is not supported on this phone model. The client has 400 phones - so upgrading the IP phone is really not an option. Is there anyway to customize the system to support this feature?

Any advise is much appreciated!

It's just not supported on this phone with 3CX. It's stated in the limitations. No, you can't bypass that.
