I can see lots of people asking for the same over and over with no real solution to the problem.
I have a Polycom IP 6000, the firmware was updated to the version 4 from the provision server but after rebooting it keep telling me "error loading application". There is no mac.cfg file under the provisioning folder and nothing shows under phones. Any ideas?
