Does anyone know how to reprogram the softkeys on Polycom phones? Specifically, we're using Polycom 321 and 550 phones.
On the 321 phones, we'd like to reprogram the 3rd key, currently DIR, to be a quick dial Voicemail button instead. I wasn't sure how this could be set in the provisioning template.
On the 550, only 2 soft keys are configured on the home page - New Call and Forward. How does one either modify those keys or add/program the 3rd and 4th keys?
