Polycom SoundPoint IP 331 Call Forwading

Hello, we have an issue where someone is trying to put a call forward on their phone by going to forward -> Always but when they try and enter their number it won't save and is replaced by a 0. This cannot be altered. The phones have been factory reset and file formatted (we think) and the firmware has been placed on the server. Anyone come across this issue before?

Hello @Lee Hubble

Please note that call forwarding directly from the IP phone is not supported so i would recommend using the forwarding rules of the PBX. You can switch status when you require calls forwarded to a specific destination.
