Polycom Soundpoint IP 560 - De-Registering

Hello Guys,

I upgraded a clinets instance to Version 15. Everything went well except for the Polycom Soundpoint IP 560 after a few hours de-registers itself and does not come back as registered the only way to get this registered is by rebooting the phone.

Any ideas why this maybe happening ?

Please make sure that your phone is at the supported firmware and that is provisioned with the default templates. The following link provided instructions on provisioning these phones as well as the link to download the support files to upgrade the phone if it is needed
