We're new to 3cx. Everything has gone pretty smoothly, however the custom provisioning and directory templates we're trying to develop are causing the phones to not register after provisioning. We wanted to see if there are any template experts, specifically polycom template experts who can look over our work and fix or make new templates for our phones.
