Hello,
When using the desktop app and a Polycom VVX311 (where the desktop app is controlling the VVX311)
You can answer, hang up, transfer, conference, etc. However, the hold button appears grayed out.
Is this expected? Should hold work with the VVX311 (or any phone?)
