Are no polycom phones supported on v20?

We do provide templates for Polycom phones but they are considered to be Generic phones as far as we are concerned, and the support of them is provided by the vendor themselves

Could call quality be affected by unsupported phones? I have a meraki firewall as well. I am reading about disabling sip alg.

Hi Phil, I have a site that is using Polycom VVX311 and it is working fine. Yes, SIP alg is disabled.

Weird, our polycoms are 335 and the quality is horrible. I cant find the alg on the meraki end.
