poptel v10 front mono eye camera with android app

I'm using POPTEL V10 has a camera that has only front camera.

3CX Android APP is not detect it.

How can I use apk ?

Hi @emplant2000 Thanks for your email.
You can alternatively use the provisioning file to provision into your account.
You should have received a welcome email which contains your user information, together with the QR code and an attachment file.
Install the app from Google playstore, then tap on the attachment file in your welcome email.

You can ask your administrator to resend you a welcome email should you have lost this
