Hi all!
We have just setup a 3cx server and are trying to iron out all the kinks. We can currently receive inbound calls and audio works just fine both ways. However whenever we dial out, the external phone will ring but there will be no audio.
When doing a firewall test all of the tests fail on test 2 with the message of - "No response received or port mapping is closed. Firewall check failed. This configuration is not supported."
Our router is running Pfsense, the 3cx server is not sitting directly on a WAN IP. We have tried doing the basic port forwarding that we have done in the past but it isn't working. After reading a bit more into the firewall configuration, it seems like we need to forward the ports directly to our SIPs IP address?
Has anyone worked with pfsense in the past and have a sample configuration on how to forward the 3cx ports?
