Possibility call log without ring group calls

Hello
Is somehow possible to filter the personal call log for just direct calls?
Problem is now, we have a ring group with several extensions in. Always when I'm back in office I have each time a lot missing calls because in the ring group people has calls us.

Kindly note that this is not possible. You can post this as a feature request in the Ideas part of the Forum here https://www.3cx.com/community/forums/3cx-ideas/ so other users can upvote it and considered for implementation by the proper department.

However, you can switch status every time you leave the office and not available to pick up calls, so you won't get missed calls. If you don't want to use the Away or DND status so you can still receive direct calls, then you can switch to the available2 status and configure so you won't receive calls from Ring groups. You can set this option from the Extension Settings >> Forwarding Rules by deselecting the option "Accept calls from Ring Groups"
