Hello,
since the webmeeting is now local hosted, we had some customers which can't connect to a port like 5001. (customers firewall doesn't allow that outgoing port)

I know how to change the ports, full backup, reinstall setup up 443 as port.. but what about the 60+ phones which are provisioned with 5001 and the softphones etc etc...

Actually I don't see any use to change the port, it always worked fine except for the new self hosted webmeetings. It is a pity that the webmeeting offers so few configuration options. A dedicated port would have been really nice.

Is there any way for a simple workaround which doesn't force me to work the whole weekend and telling every employee to provision there smartphone again?

Changing parameters like CALLUS_LINK_EXT_SEC but keeping PROVISIONING_LINK_LOCAL_SEC to 5001?

it would be nice if this is a solution and someone could tell me the necessary parameters to change.

Have a nice week!

Hi @fc_sys,

While it is advised to reinstall, what you could try to do is after reinstalling the setup with port 443 and forward port 5001 to port 443, and hopefully if the connection makes it through, the phones will accept the redirect. Make sure you've reprovisioned all of the phones you need to.
