Post as SMB Member into the normal 3CX Forum?

I had to register with a free SMB account, because our company´s 3CX is managed by an external company. We have no more contact to them, I have no idea how to register in the name of my company. As I need help with managing our 3CX, how can I register to ask questions on the right forum?

We have an annual enterprise license, the registration for it is through our partner company (who we don´t work with anymore). There is an "unlink" button, but I think that would remove the license.

Go to Admin > System > License, change the email at the bottom using the Edit option.

Also, "Unlink" would simply unlink the partner from your license (do this after the email change.) It does not delete the license.
