Postgre does not log calls

Hi.

I am running 3CX for years (still on v.6.2.). In september 2008 I had upgraded svstem from 6.1 to 6.2 and it seems that at that time the 3CX system stopped recording call details into Potgres database. Last entries in the Postgres database are from that time.

Any ideas how to set up system to log calls into PostgreSQL?

I have not been intersted for this feature in the past, but I really need it now.

All 3CX services are running (green lights on the "Server status" page).
Postgres server is obviously running (I can connect to Postgres database).
Logging level is set to "medium".

Hi

You will need to upgrade to the latest version of 3CX. Current version is V8 and 9 is on the way currently in testing.

Tables to look for regarding call history in v8 are these - Calldetails and callhistory3.

The call reporter will give you a way to filter through the records you need.
