Hi to all.
I have read through all the guides I could find regarding preparing my self-hosted 3CX PBX. I have successfully connected and synced users and SSO with O365.
However, I am stumped on the certificate issue. My certificate provider has CA as "DigiCert Global Root CA", which is in the "MS include CA Certificate List"
I have added the certificate (provided as a single file from the provider) in both the "Settings->Integration->Microsoft 365 Integration->Teams Direct Routing (Alpha)" setting (and it has recognized the certificate validity and ending date), and also in "Security->Secure Sip"
After this, in order to see if the certificate is installed correctly, I expected to be able access the management console from both the 3cx provided url, and the custom one.
However, when I try this, I get a warning from the browser that the url visited does not match the certificate (the 3CX provided url)
Any ideas what I am doing wrong?
BR,
Jim
