Hello Everybody,
I have an on-prem 3CX system v. 20 on which SSL expired few days ago for the first time since installation.
I went ahead and manually renewed my SSL certificates from Let's Encrypt then replaced the old ones in "C:\ProgramData\3CX Phone System\Bin\nginx\conf\instance1":
- Renamed the existing certificate and key as follows:
MYFQDN-crt.pem => MYFQDN-crt.pem.OLD
MYFQDN-key.pem => MYFQDN-key.pem.OLD
- Copied and pasted the new ones in this folder and named them with the same original file names as the old ones
- Went in Control Panel / Services / and restarted "3CX Phone System Nginx Webserver" service
Now browsing to https://myfqdn:5001 works again and gives a valid SSL.
Unfortunately my 3CX soft phones on Windows have lost presence and call history information.
I also rebooted the whole server but things don't change.
Can anyone assist?
Thanks
