Is there a way to prevent external callers from being transferred to a call flow script whether they dial it directly through an IVR or being transferred to it by an extension by mistake?
Found an old post referencing preventing an extension from being dialed through the IVR https://www.3cx.com/community/threads/calls-heard-through-paging.80696/post-371914 which may still be relevant if that option is still honored in v20, but it wouldn't prevent accidental transfers.
Ideally, is there a way in the script to be able to tell if the inbound call to it is coming from an extension or from an outside number? I could do a check with that and stop it there, but I'm not exactly sure what to look for in the call flow designer that'd give me that info.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Thank you,
